My vagrancy has come to an end and the deed is done! I signed today, and can move in July 5th. Anyone handy at remodeling want to take a trip to Portland? :)

Love the exterior. We'll look forward to the interior pictures when your work is done!
What are you going to remodel and do you have any tools?
I'm definitely planning on some remodeling, so it'll be tool shopping time soon. We'll see how much I can do my self :).
