Easter

Jimmy's first easter egg hunt. He thought these eggs were wonderful, he carried them around the house till he found a big empty bowl in the kitchen. Then he methodically fetched each egg, carried it to the bowl and put it in. After all the eggs had been nicely deposited, he move onto other things and ignored them the rest of the trip.

Forwarding Address for Dead Letters

Garden of Tranquility
Lot 234, Spaces B2 & B3
Redwood Memorial Park

Not that we're planning on moving in right away, but you never know. Hopefully by the time we need these, this little tree will be all grown up. So you may have guessed that our fun this weekend activity consisted of picking out cemetery plots. Actually we bought them many years ago but we needed to pin them down. We picked spaces beyond the little tree and this side of the big trees. We'll be bummed out if the millennium comes and we get twinkled and don't need them.

Jon was here for the weekend and introduced us to the Wii. We had lots of fun golfing, bowling, racing, fishing, shooting and playing pool. I didn't think to get any pictures. Maybe next time.

Brothers are the best!

The boys are loving their baby sister. Here are a couple of pictures. Trevor keeps insisting that he hold her "by himself" with no help from Rafe or me. He's a nut!

More Alyssa

We have had an eventful couple of days. Kaylee is loving being a big sister. Seth and Abbie came and saw our new little one. We checked into the Children's hospital for jaundice. We are now home again, but thought we would share a few pictures of Alyssa's last couple of days.

Chickens

Okay, I can't really top a new baby - especially one as cute as Alyssa, but I thought I'd share with you our resident chickens. Jimmy loves them. So when it was nice yesterday, I drug his highchair onto the porch so he could eat cheerios and watch the chickens at the same time. It turned into a great game of feeding the chickens the cheerios. Today, he just said hello to the chickens, but no cheerios. The chickens didn't think that was very fun - so they tried to come into the house and help themselves. We spent much time today "shoo-ing" chickens.

Here are some more recent (less bruised) pictures of her. She is doing great! She has brown hair which is so weird! We came home yesterday and all is well!
